I want to start this off by saying I didn't cheat in any way unless you consider external item description mod cheating.

This tainted Maggie run is ridiculous and i have to tell someone about it.

I found all these items, the first three were in shops.

Car battery spark plug = infinite health

Keeper sack =I can use the money I'm getting from all of this health (blood donation machines) to increase my damage

Fanny pack=infinite pickups (though I got this one too late for it to be relevant)

I also have a trio of items that make it where I'm probably not taking damage in the first place.

1)That angel room cross that makes it where I have a chance to turn invincible upon taking damage

2)Blind rage trinket to make it where my i-frames last longer

3)Cone head making it where a 5th of the time I just don't take damage at all

This is unequivocally the best run I've ever had and it's not even close and probably never will be matched again. I'm only sad that the only Mark I need for her is the beast so I'm getting very little out of this incredible run.
