Ever since I have been focused more on my setups and risk amount, I have been less inclined to take so many damn trades.
I had to ask myself, am I overtrading? Hell yes I was. Why? Well because I want to make a decent profit return everyday. But guess what, that caused me to risk more and make less/ blow accounts. Also it involved way more emotions because the balance was so small and I freaking hated losing.
So whatโs the solution? 1. Decent sized balance($100 minimum) 2. Keep risk amounts the same 3. Focus on quality set ups 4. Hit the session goal then get tf out.
Moral of the story is ALL of this ^ has reduced emotions helped trade less and Iโm more emotionally comfortable with taking losses.
