Unauthorized purchases on binance with my credit card

Hey,

Just went through my bank statements and I noticed that my credit card was charged several times over the course of 6 months to 'Binance Exchange'.

When I log into Binance I can see purchase history of BNB but my BNB balance is at 0.

I used binance earlier this year to buy some ADA, VET, and XRP but that's it.

Should I contact my bank for the credit charges? Will my claim be denied since I've only noticed this now? Do they work with Binance to do their investigation?
