My understanding is this can happen when you get implants inserted through the armpit so you don’t have any scars, my surgeon said they will want to move the way they went in .
So if you have under boob scars they may drop a little but that still looks fine, but armpit implants can move sideways and create a big gap over time.
Plus this looks like they are over top of the muscle vs underneath. So squeezing those will literally be squeezing a bag of silicone. (Underneath is meant to help have a more natural look and feel as you have your bodies shape and the implant is helping emphasis this.) But each to their own I say, if she likes them, more power to her. 😁
