My father in law has decided to sell his game room equipment due to unforeseen health circumstances. He asked me to help but can’t give me much information as his memory is slipping.

He remembers the table was purchased brand new at Billiard Factory in Texas. He remembers it was about 10 yrs ago. He can’t tell me any information about the table itself. I know it’s an Olhausen Accu-fast cushion table, 7ft long, was refelted about 3 yrs ago. He can’t tell me the wood (I believe based on color that it’s walnut or a mahogany) nor can he tell me a model.

I’d like to have the most accurate information to price it appropriately and not lose out on potential money at the same time.

If anyone could help, it would be so amazing! It is very similar to the Americana but not as dark, the pockets are a different color, and the legs are slightly different as well.
