Pool Table Width
Post Body

Hey all,

Hope you can help me!
I have an older table that was in my parents house that they gave to me. It seems to be a standard 8ft table(3 piece slate). However, when I measure rail to rail width, I get 44.25" instead of expected 44". Does that indicate the rail cushions that are installed are incorrect? Possibly K66 installed, when K55 should have been installed? This table was re-felted MANY years ago.

I am confident the rails are attached securely and installed correctly. There is no brand name that I an find. There is only a plate that says "Custom Made by Peter's Billiards" But no model or year of mfg. I have not tried to contact that company yet as I doubt they would have specs.

Rails are dead, and I want to replace anyway. I have not taken rail felt off to observe cushions. Maybe once I do that, it may reveal an answer.
