Inherited pool table

Hey everyone so I recently inherited a pool table. It's an ol hausen the guys who refelted it for me told me the date underneath says 1994 which makes sense for when my father bought his house. I have only ever played at bars. so is there anything I should watch out for or how to care for pool table. It came with a leather cover. And also I noticed that's the balls on this table roll way easier than any other table I have ever played on. Is that normal bc of new felt?
