I am relatively new to the game, only been playing for about 2 months, and the only reason i picked it up was because my grandfather made me a custom cue out of african blackwood and some other wood, i believe it was phillipines something or another? Anyhow, it shoots leagues above my local bar cues, but i have no frame of reference to compare it to. What are some ways of identifying a quality cue? Green flags? Red flags? i will update this post upon returning home when i can take some more photos of my cue. Thanks in advance!!!
