I was told by multiple coaches that i was looking into that I have too much muscle for bikini. Then I was told I should only train glutes and pretty much stop all other training . I will Still be doing cardio. Iām just wondering what others thought are ? And has anyone experienced this ? Did it work out well to just train glutes and nothing else ? 3 times a week. I just a little nervous honestly
Your delts look amazing. They are for sure growing out of bikini or wellness. Iād start focusing on lats. Everything else is there. Shredded!
Or wellness. Your shoulders are building but your bottom half is looking good.
