Lifestyle Lifting Split

Post Body

I’m not competing, though I’ve recently become fascinated with world of NPC/IFBB, and currently only lift for lifestyle. I LOVE the aesthetic of the wellness girlies and have seen many of them have a 4 lower - 1 upper body split. Is this unrealistic for a natural lifter? I’d love to grow my lower body more, but would I been burning myself out by following this?

Natural ladies, what’s your current split?

That makes sense. I honestly got amped hearing people do 4 lower body days. I actually enjoy them, so I guess if I ever did compete… I know which division I’d want to lean. 😅

Thanks for sharing!! I find the nutrition piece the most difficult to be completely honest

I’m just asking for personal anecdotes! Was curious about what others here do.

Thanks for your comment! I’m doing a similar split right now!

Yeah I agree with you. I played volleyball and soccer for years, and pack muscle on my lower body. Recently, I gained a lot of grief weight and lost it unhealthily, resulting in a loss of a lot of muscle. Personally, I know I’m still building back to my baseline, but I’m looking ahead. I’d love to give myself something new to look forward to, even if it’s 3-5 years down the line.
