Hi all! I’m three days from my first bikini competition (photo from this morning on the right) and I an feeling rougghh. I’m already thinking about after this show and how I’m not sure if bikini is the route I would like to continue. things might change depending on this shows outcome, but looking back to July I think I could fit into wellness and feel like I would find that process way more enjoyable. what do we think? do you think my body composition pre bikini prep fits the wellness category? I want to start game planning a little! please and thank you!
You are bikini. Sorry if that’s not what you want to hear, but you are balanced top to bottom beautifully. Also keep in mind that wellness girls get just as lean as bikini so it’s not just fat loss for bikini shrinking your legs, it’s general conditioning. Hope this helps. 🤍
