Salsa alternator drop out

Just recently converted my Timberjack to SS using the salsa alternator 1.0. The bolts feel nice and tight, but just tooling around in my driveway the bolts are seeming to slip and the chain gets loose. Am I missing something? Does this happen to anyone else? Seems like the bolt on the drive side works fine, but the non drive side there is nothing for the bolt to stop on….
