Tires for 622 x 27mm rims?

Hey all,
I'm new to the world of bikes, so please bear with me.
I have 6000 Series Rhyno Lite Rim 622 x 27mm, but for some reason "27mm" doesn't seem to be listed on any chart I can find. Can anyone tell me why and/or which size tires to purchase? I need new tires and tubes for these rims, and I'm struggling.
Any and all help appreciated. Thanks!
