Non-standard seatpost collar

I recently purchased a new Cinelli frameset. Unfortunately it seems i've lost the seatpost collar that came with it. From my research, it seems the outer diameter of the seatpost is a non-standard size of 33.5mm. Can i pry open a 33.1mm collar or just use a 34.9mm? Does anyone know where I can get a 33.5mm?
