Question on weird steerer size on 2014 fox 32 evo forks

So, I have some 140mm fox 32 evo forks from a 2014 giant trance. I'm thinking of building a long travel hardtail.
But, heres the catch. in 2014, Giant had a new weird standard which they called overdrive 2. Essentially this means the steerer is tapered from 1.5" to 1.25". So, I need to start looking for a weird headset to fit this, then a frame that this weird headset can fit.
Anyone have any ideas where to start?
