Brakes HELP!

2019 Harley Fatboy.
My front brake lever is extremely hard to pull. I pulled the front brakes off now since it needs pads anyways. When i look at the 4 pistons on the caliper and pull the brake lever, 3 come out (Unevenly) and one doesn’t move. They also dont go back in when i let go (are they supposed to). This is my first brake job please help, my truck is in the shop and i have to go back to work in 2 days
