Will these cranks fit on my bike?

Looking at picking up a secondhand pair of these https://shop.fullspeedahead.com/en/prodotti_1/cranksets/comet-hd-modular-crankset-1x FSA Comet Cranks for my 2015 Giant Reign 2. I have a shimano pressfit BB and an 11-46t cassette range. I was told I would need a 56.5mmm chainline or 55mm. Would I be able to put this crankset on my bike?
