A noob that’s desperate for help.

My fiancé and I are new to bikepacking and are so excited to get started. Unfortunately, we know absolutely nothing about bike mechanics.
We bought her a used Surly Ogre Small and got it sandblasted a specific color. Now we have a bare frame and need brakes, derailleur, handlebars, peddles, the whole nine yards.
Can anyone recommend parts that I should get that are relatively affordable and would fit her bike. Thank you so much we’re so excited to get on the gravel!
