Road Closures for Bikes on Laborday?

I recently discovered Beach Road in Rock Creek Park is closes from 7am-7pm for bikes and foot traffic on weekends. Their website says that they close for holidays too, but I found out sections of beach drive (not sure if the road name changes in Maryland) are also closed on weekends too.
Does anybody know if these sections of roads are also closed this Monday? Thanks for any help!
