Has anyone tried split testing information sites?
Post Body

By information sites I mean sites that have no services and rely on ads and affiliates for income.

What did you do to make the site more engaging and what were the results?

I have been running a large info-site for years. That stats are fairly good, but it I could increase page views and reduce bounce rates I suspect I would be able to considerably increase income. Now I'm coming to a period having completing a lot of big tasks and want to look at SEO, CRO-type tasks that I have left virtually alone for the entirety of running the site.
