About 4 months ago I edited my business address to a new address (it's a virtual business address service I signed up to).

As soon as I hit Submit for the address changed, I received the notification to say my profile is suspended.

To my knowledge, there's no fishy activities on my profile - kept everything clean.

Upon reading the guidelines, I saw that business cannot use mailing agencies as their business address. So, I've changed the address back to the original one.

I recieved an email about 3 months ago stating:

"We've received your question. We'll reach out shortly to address your issue. 

In the meantime, if you want to provide more information, you can reply to this email. You can also visit our Help Center, Help Community, and YouTube channel for answers to your questions."

I haven't heard anything since then.

Also, about a month before this suspension occurred, clients have been leaving me reviews but it wasn't showing up on my GMB for some reason.

Anyway I don't know what to do and don't want to piss off Google as my business relies 100% on SEO.

To be honest, my traffic is still growing which I'm happy about and my GMB listing wasn't doing much apart from showing off reviews. But now I have been collecting client reviews from scratch on TrustPilot.

Any advice would be appreciated 🙏
