I spent some of my quarantine watching season 6 of Survivorman. In this season Les investigates areas that are known for bigfoot sightings. In one of the later episodes one of the local bigfooters recounts one of his most unsettling nights. During the day he found 5 sets of parallel human tracks. He assumed they were hardcore bushmen like himself. He makes camp for the night and in the middle of the night he hears gunfire.... military grade, automatic assault rifle gunfire. Then, overhead, a helicopter passes with no lights and was flying very low, directly to the area with the gunfire.
It seems plausible enough. The trees are so valuable that if Bigfoot is found, and the land is protected as his habitat, the logging companies would lose loads of cash.
Also, I read an interview with Les and he talked about the Finding Bigfoot team. They met at a sasquach summit in 2016. He finds the actual people credible and honest enough, but anyone who has watched the show probably thinks it hokey and over the top. It makes bigfooters look like idiots wandering the woods at night and spooking each other. That all is done by the producers. Youtube is saturated with all kinds of bad bigfoot "sightings' so much so its hardly worth a click.
Anyone else think they don't really want to find bigfoot?
