Partner bleeding a lot during PIV

Recently started sleeping with this girl, we do plently of foreplay but in certain positions like doggy & her lying on her stomach with me on top she starts bleeding, i can't really do blood so its a pretty big mood killer. She feels bad after but i comfort her & dont blame her but like what is going on here? Could there be an underlying medical condition or just she cant handle these positions?
