How to lose an erection when I can't flex my legs?

As has my history shown, if I'm cuddling with a girl I like, I get an erection, which isn't always what I want to do(tbh, it's never what I want to do, but it has a mind of its own).
The thing is, if the girl has eyes, she can see me flexing my muscles to try and redirect the blood, and if we are cuddling, she can feel it.
So, how can I lose an erection if I can't flex my muscles? Also, I can't not get an erection, cause hormones are there to yell "F*CK YOU DUDE"
