I posted this question in another subreddit which may or may not have been answered already (first time posting here), but I am interested in using penis sleeves during sex to add that extra surprise of length and girth. As you can guess from the title, I am finding it hard to find ones that meet my needs (big dick problems strike again). I am not here to brag but to see what others have purchased in the past.

For reference, I am not the largest guy out there but I wouldn't say I am average either. My penis when erect is 9 inches with a diameter of 2.25 inches (so about 7.1 inches girth if you round up). Translates to 22.86 cm length and 18.03 cm in girth for anyone not using the imperial system. I found myself with a FWB who while satisfied and admittedly getting used to it (first large one she has ever played with), she has been thinking about testing her limits.

I am interested in adding maybe an inch or two in length and 1.5 to 3 inches in girth (large range since I have no idea what my FWB can handle but she wants to go big or go home). Ideally, I am looking for something that may be an open sheath but not a deal breaker. My priorities are, though:

Material: Looking for something soft and natural feeling - not too hard or stiff but also not firm enough.

Sensation: This probably ties into the requirement for material, but she would also have to feel like it is more natural. And while this is for her, I would like to feel something as well.

Price: I would like to find the best bang for my buck (lol). Not looking to break the bank just to satisfy my FWB's fantasy.

This one also isn't too much of a deal breaker but anything that's clear is definitely a plus. Any recommendations? I have someone directing me to a website that makes custom sleeves but wanted to explore if there were any readily available ones.
