Everyone knows exercise and eating healthy will help, but do you guys have anything more specific? My secret for being firmer and looking bigger is celibacy for at least three days. This means no form of masturbation, ejaculation, or sex resulting in an orgasm. Personally this has allowed me to be as solid as ever. However this strategy does have its drawbacks, because when I do have sex again I am not able to last for very long. To help with this, I have incorporated Kegel exercises into my daily routines. I usually do them with activities that doesn't require much brain power such as driving, eating, watching tv, and browsing facebook. I have two strategies for being ready for a second round. The first is controlling how much I actually ejaculate during sex. For new partners, I never ever release everything I have the first round, because if I do it requires a lot of stimulation to go for multiple rounds. This does take away the maximum pleasure for my first session but I just save it up for the next one. My next strategy is eating some food right after finishing my first session. Just something quick like a piece of chicken, or peanut butter sandwich with milk, or even apples. For me protein tends to work better than just simple carbs. Of course having a partner who is willing to stimulate you during the breaks is always helpful :). Let me know if these secrets work for you and if it doesn't what are your secret strategies?
