When to mention your size?

When if ever should you tell a girl about your size? I tried hinting at it in my online profile on match.com but the response was underwhelming and tended to attract the promiscuous type (not what I'm looking for). Another idea is to tell her after starting to date but before sleeping together. I.e. when it's clear you're going to be intimate soon. Does anyone have any experience they'd like to share?
