For context I have 5.8" L and 5.4" G with a sort of reverse hourglass shape that thins out at both the base and the tip

I got with this girl (a little below shoulder height and I'm 5'10) awhile back and things progressed to the point of bedroom activities, she seemed to be struggling to move without discomfort when inserted while doing doggy or missionary, and had no interest in giving or receiving oral, and I'm not yet versed in anal so I wasn't jumping on that out of the gate.

So my question is this, are there any positions that may be advantageous to do, I would hate for my partner to not enjoy themselves or worse hurt themselves because I chose a position that caused pain.
