Getting a semi in public

How do you handle getting a semi in public? I get a little aroused in work/in public occasionally, and it makes a decent size buldge.
I usually put my hands in my pockets, or align my dick so it's straight down along my leg until it goes away. Whether people have noticed before I'm not sure. I'm 7.3 x 5.5 erect and about 5 flaccid for reference.
