How do u get the best condom size

Due to not finding the best condom size for me, I always decided to go raw but it comes with a risk as u may know. I previously got a regular sized condom but while wearing it on my dick. If felt to tight, the condom and my skin felt like it was one and it hurt to move it. My size is a 7 length but don’t know how to measure girth but I’m assuming it’s a 6
