I have an obscure biology/anatomy question for you big guys

So I'm a bit of a size queen and I was thinking today about big dicks (as usual), and I want to see if anyone knows the answer to a biological question I thought of. I'm not really aware of another place that gathers so many big guys in one place, so im sorry if this is the wrong subreddit to ask.

Big (thicker) dicks likely contain more blood vessels and general tissue than smaller dicks, right? Makes sense to me. So if a guy has a really thick head, does his head also have more nerve endings in it than a small head? Do all sizes of dicks have the same amount of nerve endings per square inch? Or do nerves not scale up in the same way as other tissues? As far as I know (and I admit I don't own a penis), big dicks don't have spots that are "numb", so it makes sense to me that the bigger the dick gets, more nerves are grown to support it.

The point of my thinking is, do bigger dicks feel more pleasure than smaller ones due to a greater amount of nerve endings, assuming all dicks have the same amount of nerve endings per square inch? I'd appreciate any thoughts or expertise on the topic!
