Trying to figure out if there’s any way to help solve this problem.

When my wife and I first met, she seemed to be IN LOVE with my BD. She’s petite (5’3”, 130 lbs). She would go WILD - and it made me feel good.

Fast forward 7 years - we have sex maybe once a month. After foreplay I have to be super gentle which isn’t that big a deal, but we used to get wild. Now we’re less adventurous.

She admits she is scared a lot of times. I don’t think this is a bluff by her and she isn’t in to me anymore or like that -she is legit scared of getting wrecked.
