I had a delayed puberty and had a tiny prepubescent penis until college. Until my twenties it was only about 2" x 2" when fully erect. When flaccid it was just my glans poking out. It looked more like an "outie" bellybutton than a penis. I shared a bedroom with my two younger brothers. We often shared a bath or shower with each other out of necessity. I had to watch as they hit puberty and left me behind. My middle brother didn't have a delayed puberty but he just had a really small dick. However my youngest brother won the generic lottery and is hung like a horse. He gained muscle easily from just calisthenics and had the body that I dreamed of. He was and still is an exhibitionist. He was usually naked so every day I had see his body that made me green with envy. I used to lay awake at night wondering why my genetics were so bad compared to his and thinking I would give anything to have a body like his.

We can’t figure out how we are all so different. We had genetic testing to confirm we have the same parents. We still talk about it even as adults. I and my middle brother have a lot of self loathing and feelings of inferiority and inadequacy. Having someone else to talk to who knows what you’re going through is extremely helpful. My youngest brother can’t relate and tries to convince us that we got the better end of the deal by telling us about his big penis problems but he doesn’t try to gaslight us. We all just have honest conversations about what we are going through. It seems like we all have our share of problems.

I’m curious about experiences from other brothers, especially those with significant size differences. Was the topic discussed? Were the conversations usually bullying, playful banter, or serious? Did it affect the comfort with nudity in your family?
