I think it's a simple matter of gravity and physics. A big girthy dick will weigh about over one pound (or up to about 0.6kg) whereas an average one weighs only about a third of a pound (0.16 kg).

This means that big D weighs about 3-4 times as much as the average. It's going to sag. So if having a sagging one is a problem I don't think there's much you can do about it. There are no Kegels for your boner, I'm afraid.
