Can your boobs get bigger with weight loss?

Lost 92 lbs recently. Have PCOS so i am actually getting regular periods for the first time since i was a teenager. Could these hormonal changes cause my boobs to grow?? I thought they were supposed to shrink. Im already a size J and my bras are too small now.
