Clothing store not getting delivery.

I have a 1000m 40 Traffic 75 people an hour cap place, I have it set up to where it should send 2K of each clothing a day,( A good day i made 300K) I'v got about 16 storage racks in the store. 14 clothing racks of each type. I just bought and set up warehouse #2 just for the store...am I doing something wrong?
