Did I get a mild case of heat exhaustion?
Post Body

The weekend before last, my family and I were biking on a 10 mile forest trail. About halfway through, my daughter had an accident and I had to bike back 5 miles over a moderately difficult hilly, limestone trail as fast as I could to get the car to get her to see a doctor.

We had a camp out the night before last that involved beer so I might have already been a little low on electrolytes. I was parched for the next day and kept drinking a bunch of water.

I had an odd headache going up the right side of my head...and I don't get headaches but I thought it could be from stress and sleeping in an odd position that night. The headache persisted throughout the week but got gradually better.

I just went outside for a brisk walk and it's a bit warm and I felt kind of taxed by it. In the wake of my daughter's injuries, I really hadn't given much attention until I went for the walk.

(Daughter is fine, BTW, she had to get some stitches and was bruised and walking a little shaky for a few days but is on her way to a full and speedy recovery.)
