Looking for e-Bike rental in France

My brother and I are taking my dad to France for a week in June and we want to go riding for a day or two. My dad is 70 now, so I’d like to get him an e-bike so he can ride the hills and distance with comfort. Does anyone know of any shops or services that rent e-bike road bikes? I haven’t had any luck finding any just googling. I have found a couple of city bikes that can be rented, but I’d really like to get him a road bike if possible.
