What is this Giant Contend 1 worth? Is it worth buying?

Looking to get my first road bike and have been told used bikes might be a great entry point. I came across this Giant Contend 1. It was initially listed for over $400 and is now been reduced. I noticed the components can't be seen so I did ask about those but what do you all think in regards to price and if it's worth purchasing?
