It this part of my headtube/integrated headset broken? I'm new to carbon and integrated headsets.
Post Body
This is a view inside the bottom of the headtube. Notice the raised lip on the inside is kind of incomplete; it varies in thickness and has a rough edge.
Is there a metal part of the headset that gets press fit over this, inside the tube? Or do the bearings actually come in contact with this part of the frame?
It uses this type of headset: http://www.canecreek.com/products/headsets/forty
I'm concerned that this should be perfectly round all the way around, and it's going to mess up the headset.
