Just got super burned. Store cred only on returns, even w tags still on and resalable, after just trying on. They don’t care, got your money, bye bye. 🙄

Chamois is very thin, and very tiny in size vs. the short size. Pad fit inside my sit bones and pelvis toward the front, so zero padding between contact points & saddle. Also has zero spring / cushion; compresses and is crushed to rock hard, 99% sure they use cheap open cell foam instead of closed cell, “gel” / silicone, etc.

When pretty much every online-only vendor will give a refund (because it’s necessary, for this business model to work….otherwise customers are just stuck with products they are unhappy with), there is absolutely zero reason to buy from a vendor that won’t refund.

Very important to note: The vendor IS acknowledging that they WILL accept it as resalable, and WILL resell it. They just won’t give the money back.

This is completely indefensible.

Not resalable condition, so you won’t take it back? Gotcha.

Resalable, so you refund? Cool.

Resalable, you want it back, you’re going to resell it, but you’re keeping my money? No.
