Showing off my new touring bike š

Yesterday I collected my new touring bike build from ProjektRide in Edinburgh. I got the frame for Christmas and my birthday, but only finally got the bike built recently. Iām excited to ride it this year on my travels š
I would like to ask you guys for any suggestions or recommendations for panniers, bags and combinations to go with the bike. I am planning to get a Surly Moloko bag for the handlebars, a frame bag and a handlebar rack to strap my tent bag to. Any suggestions welcome š
