I feel crazy because I keep going back and forth but I think I might be drying up? LO is EBF 8 weeks today. I use a haakaa between 3-5 times per day and pump if I miss a feed to run an errand etc. Recently I feel like my boobs aren't keeping up w LOs demands. He starts to eat but gets fussy after a few min, starts tugging at the nipple and eventually works his way into full meltdown. He eats quietly when he gets letdown but after a few min goes back to tugging and wiggling. He also has been eating for so much less time- like 5 to 10 min total when last week it was 30 . I used to get letdown on both nipples, now I am dry on the side he isn't eating on when he gets letdown. My boobs never feel engorged they feel suddenly soft even when it's been hours since he last ate. LO recently started sleeping in longer stretches thru the night and my boobs weren't leaking or uncomfortable ( last night he slept from 11:00-5:30 and I didn't even notice). I have offered a bottle after feeds because he won't stop crying and he eats like 2-4 oz. I previously was having tons of milk. Last week I was getting 3-4 oz per feed from the haakaa alone and was able to freeze 6-10 oz extra per day. Now I hardly get .5 oz with haakaa. what the heck is going on? I cannot lose my milk. LO doesn't sleep unless he is being held and so we cosleep; can't safely cosleep unless he is EBF. I'll have so much anxiety about sleep and SIDS if we have to go to bottle feeding what I pump.

Here's what I've started: * pump after each feed 10 min on, 10 min off, 10 min on *Brewers yeast, mother's milk tea, flax seed, oatmeal every day *Skin to skin bf with side lying *Feeding on demand (have been doing from the start) *Planning on setting alarms and pumping overnight starting tonight

What else can I do??? I'm a SAHM so I have time to try whatever might work! Any idea why this is happening suddenly? TIA!!!!
