8-month old baby cries when my partner wants to put her to sleep

Post Body

We’re having this struggle recently that our LO (8 months) resists sleeping. That’s not too bad by itself, but the challenge is that it seems I’m the only one who can put her to sleep at nights. When my partner takes her to her room, LO immediately starts crying to the point that we have to give up and I have to get involved

This is only the challenge for putting her to sleep. Other times she’s very comfortable with my partner and they actually bond very well. LO even pays more attention to my partner than I when playing. It’s only when LO feels vulnerable that she prefers me, E.g. going to bed or being around strangers

What could be the problem? Any advice? It’s becoming really frustrating because I can’t be the only one who can put her to sleep
