Are there foods that babies are just not ready for even if it was made for them?

I started solids in December, and something that concerns me is the meat foods like the "beef and broth" or "chicken dinner" ones, my LO (8m) absolutely hates. Not only the taste, but the jars I got she had a hard time chewing. Does anyone have a baby who hates or struggles or struggled to eat the meaty baby foods? Did your baby like those meaty foods later?
