Weird noise and Fussy baby = Silent Reflux?

Our Lil boy is 9 weeks and over the last 2 days has started making a weird noise. Best way i can describe it is like he has something on the back of his throat. Ive also noticed him gulping/swallowing siliva and sticking his tongue kut like hes hungry.

Hes been shocking at giving us burps and now is only doing short feeds and getting extremely upset and fussy Also, he doesnt spew. Has only spewed like 3 times since birth

We've noticed his sleeps getting shorter but unsure if these are related.

Does this sounded like Silent Reflux or something else? Also looking at anyways to help him manage it
