I somehow managed to escape this postpartum period with just my normal mood and anxiety issues (after the crazy hormonal drops of the first few weeks, of course) but am noticing that my husband is struggling more with the sleep deprivation and low frustration tolerance and feeling like a failure because he is not the dad he thought he would be. Does anyone have great resources to share that might be helpful for dads? We are in IL and I am going to research therapists but much of the info is targeted at moms. Thanks!
