I’m currently watching my 4 1/2 month old lil’ guy take his sweet nap via monitor. This past week has been a complete 180 in him getting restful sleep with minimal crying. We transitioned him out of the swaddle and he loves it. I was worried he would wake himself up with his hands if he wasn’t swaddled but he’s actually sleeping better than ever before.

Yes, I love gushing over my LO, but I also wanted to remind those parents that are currently in the thick of newborn land with no sleep and lots of crying— it gets better. You’ll soon be able to eat, sleep and take a shower. Even if you don’t believe it now, which I didn’t, it will get easier. <3
