Ok really random question. This has only happened a small number of times and I mentioned it to a health visitor who just said it was nothing. My 8 month old just did it again, she just kinda froze, I was wheeling her in her pram and stopped to put my bag under the pram and she was just staring and smiling, like not blinking or twitching just smiling and staring at an invisible something ahead of me (but still breathing). I tried tickling her to get her to move but she was just kinda frozen and then after what felt like a minute (probably only 20 seconew) then as quickly as it started she just started moving and giggling again. It was like she overloaded and had to reboot or something. Every time she does it she is smiling, it's really creepy.
