I haven't really done a post here yet so a little back story. My daughter, Hailey, was born on February 24th of this year and I live with my mom, sister, and mother's boyfriend. My daughter's dad is not really in the picture, he has seen her a few times with yesterday being the most recent but thats it. She has learned how to roll over from back to front and has already done 4 month shots.
So I am trying to get her on a schedule because the one we have set now is horrible. If I am lucky I may get to bed before 4 am, as she seems to have her times mixed up a bit. She is usually out for the night between 3 am to 5 am, depending on the night, and walks up a good 3 to 4 times in the night to eat still.
I have learned at night she would only drink 2 ounces, otherwise if she went past that to say 4 she would spit up though lately she has been doing 3 ounce bottles at night. She usually doesn't drink more then 4 ounces at time. She spits up still as well, though we have her on the purple gentlease enfamil can of formula.
She usually sleeps her longest from 4 am to about 2 in the afternoon, which I do not like. We live in the desert part of CA, I would rather be up in the morning hours before it gets horribly hot instead of waking in the middle of it.
What I want is to try to get her to sleep from at least 7 pm to whenever in the am, but I have no idea how to do that. She has already started on solids and I have no clue if she has gone through the sleep regression yet, what with her already odd hours. I have recently started putting down what time she does things like eating, getting her diaper change, and sleeping but thats hard to do at night.
Any help or advice? Anything I should start doing/setting up to get her down earlier and up earlier in actual morning hours? Anything I should buy, which I can't do until the start of the next month sadly, to try helping her get to sleep?
